Contribute educational material

Have a teaching idea that would help readers understand nutrition science? Send a proposal for a guide, worked example, reading exercise or discussion resource.

Make the learning purpose clear

Describe who the material is for and what they should understand or be able to do after using it. A focused purpose helps define the level of detail: explaining a reference-value abbreviation is a different task from teaching the analysis of dietary intake data.

Include an outline and proposed format, an estimated study time and the main sources. For an exercise, explain the task and what a useful answer would demonstrate.

Tell us who and what is involved

Name the proposed contributors and explain their relevant experience. Identify interests that readers should know about, and tell us whether text, figures or recordings need permission from another rights holder.

A concise proposal is sufficient for an initial conversation. Please use public links for supporting material and explain any further documents you can provide.
