Copyright and permissions

Text, logos, photographs and external publications may have different rights holders. Check the specific material before reproducing or adapting it.

ENS text and identity

When referring to ENS material, name the European Nutrition Society and link to the page so readers can find the source. For substantial reproduction, adaptation or translation, describe the material and proposed use in a permission enquiry.

The media assets page provides the ENS logo and identification guidance. Use that artwork without changing its proportions or colours. Use that suggests sponsorship, accreditation or endorsement requires explicit agreement.

External publications and images

The original publisher's licence or terms govern external resources. Linking to a document through ENS does not transfer its copyright or grant permission to reproduce it.

Photographs on this website are illustrative. Their presence here does not make them available for reuse or identify the people shown as ENS officers or members.

Request permission

Include the page or file, the part you want to use, your publication or project, the format and whether you propose any changes. This helps identify the material and the permission needed.
