Website help
Choose the task you need help with. You can read the scientific and learning resources without creating an account.
Find a topic or resource
Use search for a title or phrase. The topic guides explain the main ideas and offer reading exercises; the resource library takes you to original material from external publishers.
Follow up an enquiry
Use Contact ENS and include the reference shown after your previous submission, if available. Briefly explain what you need to add or clarify. For membership questions, choose Membership; for reporting or interviews, use media enquiries.
Report a problem or request a format
Include the page address and describe what you were trying to do. For a technical problem, your browser and device type can help identify the cause. For an accessibility barrier, explain the part you could not use and the format or assistance that would help.
Questions about an activity
For an activity arranged by another organisation, use that organiser's participation and cancellation information. If your question concerns correspondence with ENS, include the activity name and your existing reference in an enquiry.
